Paul was getting frustrated, so he decided to say something that might alleviate the current stress levels.
"Why don't you explain the plan to me and then I can point you in the direction of who you should be talking to as no one here does field missions. This is a training facility, so that means we practice here."

ryan looekd at him, a mix of amused and annoyed. He shook his head slowly.
"Sorry comrad, this is classified. Secret. I don't doubt your loyalty, but the fewer who know the better." Pyro muttered some Russian curse and turend around to check the others. Joseph checked his weapons, making sure they weren't damaged by the cold. He sat down and started calmly cleaning them.

Paul was not really sure what to say to that. If this guy didn't want to tell him the plan, then Paul couldn't blame him. Paul was not sure if this guy was even going to be dealing with anyone high up here as no one here actually ran the missions.
He turned to Ruby and wondered what he should do with her. "Do you want to finish the tour or just want me to drop you off back at your room?"

Ruby stroked her rat's little head while she thought this over.
"Maybe it's better if I go back to my room for now. I can meet others later." She smiled.

Ryan watched as he turned to the girl, asking whether or not to finish this tour of the ship thy wre on, or for her to head back to her room. As it looked liek they wre done talking, he spoke up again.
"Excuse me, but do you know where your commander is? I'd really like to speak with him ASAP."

Paul smacked himself in the forehead at this guy's level of not paying attention. "I thought we went through this one already. I do not have a clue where the boss man is. If I did, then I would take you there, but I don't"
He motioned for Ruby to follow him as he started to head back through the obstacle course, which was the fastest way back to the cadets rooms.

Ryan rubbed his forehead.
"Sorry, we're all a little out of it all, being just trekking through that blasted freezing wasteland for the past hours." He started to pace, considering the information. He was talking to the rookie, no idea where the blasted CO was, and no knowledge of where the communications were. Damn. Now what? Well, first of all they should find some rooms or something to say in. He turned back to Paul.
"Paul, you got any rooms, or something like that where we can rest?"

Ruby started to follow Paul as he motioned, eager to get back to her room and settle into the place. Once again she listened to the two voices and they went over the 'boss' subject again, keeping quiet as she always did, only to speak if they spoke to her. She wondered silently how they managed to find this base if they were looking for somewhere else... Mis-placed information, perhaps...?

Paul had to think of how many rooms they had left on them, which reminded him that there a lot as people kept coming and going. "I think we have a few that we can spare. Follow me."
He could not wait for when he shipped out. Then he wouldn't have to deal with this sort of thing anymore. "Try to be as careful as you can when walking through here. We wouldn't want you to get lost or attacked while you stay here."

Ryan and his soldiers followed Paul down the corridors of the alien cruiser. He shot a few glances at the interesting machinary and design flowing through the yeerk vessel, but mostly kept his eyes on Paul as he wanred them about getting lost. But when he heard that there was a possibility of getting attacked, his hand along with every other in his team, drifted to their weapons. He called out to Paul
"Attacked? who would attack us here?"

Paul stopped to address the question that was asked. "This is a training facility, so there will be recruits practicing there morphs and battle techniques. Most of them know each others scent while in morphs, so there aren't that many accidents but you guys are something new so it can be dangerous."
After explaining, Paul continued toward the barracks that were available. "Just stay close and they won't attack."

Ryan looked around him warily.
"Hmm, I guess the fact that we're all packing some serious firepower would be provocative then." Then turning to his soldiers, "Boys ,stick together and check your rears." The ERF unit grouped together and looked aund more cautiously, hands on weapons. Ryan snapped to them. "Get your hands off those pieces and the animorphs will keep thier hands off you." He turned around and followed Paul to the barracks.

(OCC: So, Ive decided for the sake of the timeline, this is all taking place a week AFTER reanimation. So for now at least, ignore Paul.)
Dean was running down the long hallways of the ship, grabbing anyone who he passed. Somehow, the hull was breached, one of the outer doors was opened and now there were intruders. He ran by the morphing class, briefly coming to a halut to shout into the room.
"Battle morphs! NOW! Don't have one, go to the armory and protect the morphing cubes. GO!"
Dean didn't wait for answers or questions, he took off again, drawing his pistol, checking the chamber.
This is bad. This is really bad
He stopped just around the corner to the door, hearing voices. Archer looked behind him, four of the members from the bridge had managed to keep up with him: A Maned Wolf, two Dingo's and a Leopard Cat. Dean had gotten over his apprehension of being backed up by animals, now reassurance settled into his stomach. He leaned around the corner quickly.
Two newbies and what looked to be a tactical breach team. Rifles were at least AR-33 assaults and the were otherwise armed to the teeth.
Great.
Dean couldn't wait to see if they were controllers, nor could he wait for back up. Dean turned to the Maned Wolf, "Thought speak to our people to get out. I'm going to talk to them. If they shoot me, take them out. If nothing else, the others will get them. Understand me?" The dog nodded, which in any other situation would have been funny.
Dean stepped out, holstering his weapon.
"Hold it right there!" Dean had gotten used to speaking with authority, but it was easy when his temper was flared. And was it ever. These days he was more distant and irritable than before, which was saying something. He stared hard at the solders, wondering if they were going to shoot them now, or later.
He looked out at his people and the intruders alike, "What the hell do you think you're doing?!"
