Proposal: I think to help the factions get on their way to being started, the potential faction leaders need to have their apps written up and posted by September 20th (Sunday, a week from now). The attachment is a discussion of the issue (between Gabriel, Drake, and Aubrey). Attachments:

As someone who's been looking forward to the factions starting up I definitely brings a smile to my face.
