How To Get Started!
1) Well the first thing you are going to want to do is register for an account. There are links for that at the top of the page. When signing up for a username remember that you'll have to type it in every time you log in. It is easiest to go with the name of your character (if you know what it is going to be) since you can only play one character from your account.
2) Once you have an account you will want to post a character profile. You can do that in the Profiles board. You can choose to be an animorph or a controller character. Examples of character application can be found in the board. When you are ready, start a new thread in Pending Profiles. Your application will be read and evaluated by a moderator who will then move it to the approved board or the the disapproved board if it needs revision.
3) At this point you can also post a Face Claim if you have one. Please make sure that no one has claimed that celebrity before you.
4) If your character is an Animorph you can now start RPing in the Academy or jump right into a Faction. If you are a controller you have to post a Rank Application if you want to be a Sub-Visser or above but otherwise you can begin playing in your city immediately.
5) If you choose to forgo the Academy (which is perfectly alright), PM a Mod or Admin so we can give the go ahead and don't forget to post a Faction Claim. Once you do that you are all set to go. When you want to enter the RP just contact your future faction leader for help. To help you make your choice there is a Faction Facts thread with a brief description of each one.
For controller characters I would also suggest speaking to the faction leader of the city you wish to join.
