As a faction leader you would be responsible for a city on the AE boards. This means the brunt of creating what your city looks and feels like in this RP will fall on you, including creating its sub-boards when it opens. You are also most likely going to be the most active member in your faction (as you should be) and the one most responsible for either, brainstorming, or, getting your faction to brainstorm and work together. Reason for applying: IC-wise, Sydney is Aubrey's hometown, so she has a strong motivation to stay there and fight. Aubrey also has a good variety of morphs to choose from. OOC-wise, I've had some experience being a mod (on different RPs), I've been in charge of a group of people before, I love brainstorming, and I think I'm pretty good when it comes to posting frequently.

Reason for applying: IC- I feel like Dean would make a good (If not reluctant) Leader. I already set his back story in the sudan and Capetown is not far from there. I was thinking Matt could teach Dean at the academy since they have a history and after he learns all he needs to, he would be given a small faction in Africa.
OOC- I LOVE to write. And this site is a way for me to be an active writer while not working (Cough focusing Coughcough) on my ideas. I'm really exited to Finlay be involved in a RP were people actually care about the story and all the characters- not just their own. I also have some cool ideas for Africa and the refugees living there.

Reason for applying: IC: While Drake himself may not think he is ready to lead a faction yet, he certainly has the skills and experience to be one. If Cassie needs a new person to lead a faction, Drake would likely be on her list of potential candidates. And since he is currently not in an existing faction, he has no ties that would need to be broken.
OOC: I have been a part of and participated in many other factions, so I know how the system works. I have even had experience playing a different character as a faction leader. I listen to the ideas of others and enjoy brainstorming. If a member of my prospective faction needs help, I will be there to help them.

IC: Suji would be an ideal faction leader, now that she's recovered from the Dallas incident. She's calculating and efficient, and she doesn't have a problem stepping into a leadership role. While she can be ruthless, she isn't inhumane: she's a person that people want to follow because they can believe that she'll get the mission done while keeping them safe.
OOC: I have a deep understanding of the site's history and lore. I love brainstorming. Etc etc etc
