(OOC:If any of this is out of the question, I will be glad to change it.)
Wandering aimlessly inside the ship, Antione wondered where he was going. He got a last minute invitation to come to an Academy. The first thing that crossed his mind was no way. Then came the tragic events he witnessed in the broadcast. This caused Antione to change his mind and accept the invite. Thankfully it was not too late, and he was picked up by the Blade Ship. Grumbling about the Yeerk spacecraft, Antione got on with a knot in his stomach.
Arriving at the destination, Antione tried finding the exit, which proved almost impossible. He ran everywhere, and in thirty minutes had found a door. Laughing at himself, he opened the door to find a bathroom. Yelling, Antione hurried on to the next door. This one was the exit. Happy to step out of the ship, Antione noticed that there were no familiar faces as far as he could see. Walking a bit, Antione suddenly stopped. He had no idea where to go. Banging his hand on his head, he continued walking, hoping someone would feel pity for him.

((Just as a heads up, Antione would most likely arrive in a bug fighter, and exit onto the Bladeship's hangar (the Bladeship being the Academy itself). I'm not sure where exactly Antione is in your post, so I'm just guessing that that's how it is? I hope that's okay, if not tell me.))
Jon stood alone in the hangar, his arms wrapped across his chest. The Yeerk bug fighter had just arrived, bringing another prospective Animorph to the Academy along with an incredibly cold gust of air. It had been only a couple days since Jon himself had arrived at the Academy, and he was still getting used to it. He'd been sent to greet Antione and lead him further inside the Bladeship to get acclimated.
Once Antione finally exited the bug fighter--it took a good 30 minutes, apparently--Jon unfolded his arms and took a step forward. Antione looked confused as to where to go, and so Jon cleared his throat and waved a hand to beckon him over. "Need some help?"

Antione could not stand one more minute by himself. The idea of lacking the knowledge of this place was overwhelming. He was about to turn around and go back inside the bug fighter, when someone had stepped up. Finally, some help. Antione thought to himself. He was hoping his guide would know where to take him, if not then this whole trip was a mistake. He walked up to Jonathan.
"Hello. As you may probably know from how I am acting, I'm new here. My name is Antione, and I would like to know your name, and I would also like to know what I'm suppose to do, where I'm suppose to go, and if there is anything I can do to help. Even though this is an Academy, as I was told before arriving, I don't believe there is much more for anyone to teach me, unless it is hand to hand combat, which by looking at me you can probably guess that I'm no good at," pausing for awhile, Antione took in another breath, "Also, where can I get something to eat around here? I am quite hungry from the trip, but if it isn't possible to acquire nourishment at this hour, I shall be happy to wait." Finishing his rant, Antione waited for the answers.

Xander shoved his hands into his jacket pocket as he approached the hanger. He had once again found himself victim to boredom between classes. While this was usually the time he dedicated to sleeping and eating, he felt restless. So instead of staring at the ceiling he walked down to the hanger. Taking his hands out of his pockets he vaulted over the railing. Once safely on the ground he put them back in his pockets.
As he made his way through the hanger he noticed the newly arrived bug fighter and having nothing better to do approached it. He vaguely recognized Jon and raised an eyebrow at the other boy. He looked to see if anyone else was in the hanger before walking up to the duo.
“Hey there Johnny Boy,” He smiled before slapping the taller recruit on the shoulder, “How’s you?”
Xander leaned back and looked at the new arrival, “And who’s this? ‘Nother one for the meat grinder?”

Antione patiently waited for Jonathan's response. He was certain the answers would come quickly, that was until they were interuppted. Another member had appeared in front of them, and this wasn't something Antione desired. He didn't want to waste his time talking, but if the new guy that had recently showed up wanted to talk there wasn't much he could do to get away.
He ignored Xander. The info he had asked for always comes first, well to him it does. He knew he was acting like a jerk in front of them, but that didn't seem to bother him as much right now. He would apoligize later, if he wished to. His attention was focused again on Jonathan. Answers first, being nice later.

Jon's arms had resumed their place wrapped around his torso, and even though the hangar door had closed there was still a residual coldness hanging around. Antione walked up to him, launching into a speech, and Jon attempted to smile in welcome at him--which came out looking more forced than anything. "Um... My name, right. My name's Jon. Nice to meet you." He didn't bother offering a handshake, moving onto Antione's other questions.
"I can direct you to some of the teachers and staff, they'll be able to give you a room and tell you what to do." Antione's statement about not needing to be taught anything more came across Jon as more egocentric instead of the true reason, being Antione was an Animorph before. Nodding his head, Jon continued, "...Right. I'm sure there's a reason why you're here. But if you want some food, I can bring you over to the mess hall to get some. Just follow me."
Turning around, Jon came face to face with Xander. He vaguely recognized the kid from Morphing 101, and from when they'd talked when Jon had first arrived. Xander gave him a slap on the shoulder, calling him Johnny Boy. Jon just blinked. "Hi, I'm alright." Turning his head to glance at Antione, he nodded. "This is one of the new guys that came from the bug fighter, Antione."

After gaining all the information, Antione finally took notice of Xander. Now that Jonathan had introduced him, he had no choice but to talk with the guy. He really wanted to avoid conversations, but that was pretty impossible around people. He sighed, wondering what to do. He began to mess with his hair, a force of habit that he acquired everytime he began thinking. The only thing he could do was compromise, meaning he would have to talk more than what was necessary.
"Please and thank you," Antione answered Jonathan. After being introduced, he nodded his head towards Xander. "What is your name? I don't want to sound rude by calling you 'hey' everytime we see each other." Then talking to both Jonathan and Xander, Antione asked, "Can we walk and talk? I would appreciate it, if it isn't a bother."

Xander cracked a smile at Jon’s reaction. It was amusing how he just responded and moved on to another subject. That would be investigated at a later date however, now he looked over at Antione. While he didn’t like being ignored he could get over it. What mattered to him was the kid’s temperament. Too soon to see if he was snobby or just tired. After all he had been when he first climbed off the bug fighter.
“I call people ‘Hey you’ all the time,” he smiled, “I’d be all shameful like if I took offense. Also call ‘em mate and other random phrases. If you want to be kind though call me Xander. So are you new as in recruited or what? Another teacher?”
He glanced up at Jon, “Guess the motivating is all up to this one,” he elbowed him, “what you want to do, huh?” Honestly Xander didn’t care either way.

The two of them got acquainted, and Jon waited with his arms crossed. He wasn't particularly good with warming up to other people, and being forced to greet someone new was no exception. But it wasted time between classes, and sitting, bored, in his room wasn't the funnest thing. Xander's elbowing brought his attention back to the group, and Jon glanced between them both.
"Oh. Yeah, we can walk and talk." Looking to Antione, he asked, "You wanted some food, right? So let's head over to the cafeteria. It's this way." Motioning with his hand, Jon turned towards the door that led inside. It opened up into a hallway, with one of the doors further off opening into a reasonably sized cafeteria. Jon headed in that direction, making sure the other two were following. The Bladeship was a sizable ship, used by high-ranking Yeerks and obviously built with comfort in mind. Because of that, the cafeteria was open enough to fit a few Hork-Bajir and Taxxons into it. As Jon walked towards it, he listened for Antione's answer. He was curious too, wondering whether this new guy was another teacher or another student.

After finding out Xander's name, Jonathan began their walk towards the cafeteria. The thought of eating was filling Antione's mind with pleasure. He wiped the bit of salavia that had began to form in the corner of his mouth. Disgusted by this fact, Antione wiped his hand on his shirt. It wasn't until Xander's question dawned on him that Antione began to wonder why he was here. It couldn't be tha he was brought here to be a student, and if this was true, then he was wasting his time. Then there was the fact that he could be a teacher, but he didn't like people. Then again, there were teachers he had in the past that were close to evil as anyone could get.
"I'm guessing I'm here to be a teacher. What kind of teacher, well I'm not sure. When I recieved this letter," he reached into his pocket and pulled out a sheet of paper with writing on it, giving it to Jonathan, "it only stated if I wished to come here. Although why me, I'm not sure of that either."

Xander let the others walk get some distance before following. Food did sound like a good idea and he’d only been snacking throughout the day. His mother would have beaten him with a wooden spoon if she was here. He could practically hear the insults she’d probably say something like “kkadaropge meogeur su eops anae”. With a smile on her face of course, she could make you swallow poisoned honey if she wanted to. Thankfully she’d only used her powers for the forces of good and to make little boys eat.
“Well that sounds cryptic,” he mumbled going up the stairs. In that back of his mind Xander wanted to do something more like clear a number of steps at once but that would ruin the whole following thing. Regardless it felt oddly mundane simply walking up them. He seriously needed to reevaluate his sense of normal behavior.
“Any idea what’s on the menu today? I wasn’t really paying attention,” Xander asked scratching under his chin.

There wasn't much activity in the hall as the trio walked through. Antione handed Jon a paper, and he scanned over it curiously. Not that he had any idea what to do with it. "Ah, another teacher. Okay. I'm sure one of the other teachers or staff can answer that question for you," He said, handing the paper back to Antione as they arrived at the cafeteria.
Nudging the door open with his elbow, Jon glanced in. The aroma of stale food drifted over, remnants of leftovers and dirty dishes waiting to be cleaned. The cafeteria itself was mostly empty, just a few chairs set around some tables. It looked like most people were either in a class or in their rooms, or even in one of the Bladeship rooms that was serving as a lounge area. Motioning the two other Animorphs in, Jon pointed to the kitchen area. He smirked a bit at Xander's question. "I don't think there's any cooks on board here, so you guys have to make up your own menu. If you want to eat. Sorry."
As he spoke he headed towards the refrigerator, swinging open its door and surveying his options. Grabbing a large container of orange juice, he moved out of the way and began pouring himself some.

Antione began to look around for some food. He decided to make himself a ham sandwich. The food was easy to make, didn't take long to make it, and was delicious to eat. After finishing, Antione began to wonder what kind of teacher he was going to be. He could guess they already had one that knew how to morph, so that couldn't possibly be it. Fighting wasn't his strong suit, but he was good at using guns. Anything that put distance between him and the enemy was ok. He wondered if that is what they will ask of him.
"Is anyone teaching you two on how to use guns? If so, are you being trained on how to use them, or are you just learning the basics?" Antione asked both Jonathan and Xander. If someone from the past had told him he was going to teach a bunch of shape shifting teens in Antartica, Antione would have ran in the opposite direction. But here he was now, asking questions so he could gain an idea on what he could do.

Rolling his eyes Xander followed them into the cafeteria. Jon and Antione seemed to know what they wanted and went for it. He had no clue what he wanted. In fact he wasn’t even sure why he decided to come along. Sure he thought he wanted food but now that he was there he realized he wasn’t that hungry and the snacking had sustained him nicely. To feel less like an idiot he walked over to what he thought might be the coffee maker and began trying to decipher the machine. Ask him what the components of Napalm are and he could list them alphabetically or in order of appearance on the periodic table. Why that sort of ability didn’t translate to a simple machine, he wasn’t sure he’d ever know. Perhaps it was Karma, with half of the crap he did it would make sense that he’d get slammed with a long term inconvenience.
“Well,” he stopped as he pulled out the shelf that held the filter and sniffed it. In disgust he jerked away and dumped the contents in the trash. After doing so he continued, “I think Kovu is going to show us fire arms and the like. Anything else you can inform us of?”
He moved through the other machines and found a grinder that’s still had some beans in it. Experimentally he smelled it as well and smiled.
“Much better,” he muttered and fitted a filter into to the shelf and poured in the grinds. After putting water into the top he set the glass pot on the base and forced the shelf back into place and waited to see if it would work. When the machine started making gurgling sounds the shot his fists into the air. Xander=1, Gautama =0.
As the coffee brewed he hopped onto one of the counters next to Antione, “So what can you tell us about yourself teach?”

Staring at Xander triumphing over the fact that he had made coffee brought a smile over Antione's face. It was the first smile that had ever come across his face since, he couldn't even remember. The smile went away as fast as it came. Especially since Xander decided to ask him what else he can inform them of. Trying to think of something was difficult, but one thing did come to his mind. After Xander poured himself a cup of coffee and asked him another question, Antione decided to answer both question at once.
"I can train you. I lived by myself for three years, living on nothing but junk. The Yeerks had captured my parents and killed my sisters," Antione paused for awhile, feeling the pain that would not go away. Breathing deeply, he continued, "I was able to dodge the Yeerks, but was almost captured once, until I was saved, well if you call it saved. I was turned into an animorph, and came to accept my new life as soon as I first morphed. That day I morphed at least more than three times, which meant I was exhausted beyond doubt. Time passed, blah blah blah, and now I'm here." Antione answered his questions. He stood quiet, and walked over and got some water. He just stood there and drank it, expecting them to respond in some way.
