We Finally Have a Mission (Mel/Willy/Richard)

<<I don't know what her job is but if we follow her into the building we can probably->> Willy stopped his sentence short when he saw Richard dash forward and hitch a ride on the controller. It was a risky move, but it was already done. Besides, running behind the woman wasn't exactly less risky. At least Richard would be less likely to be seen now.

Before Willy got a chance to comment, the woman was on the move again. <<Careful guys,>> was all he said before maneuvering into the blind spot behind the walking lady. She approached the building and put her hand against a pad on the wall. Willy heard the door click before being pulled open. Before the door had a chance to close, he dashed inside and kept to the corner between the wall and floor, hoping Melanie would do the same.

<<Lets let Richard and the lady get ahead a little ways, then we can follow from a safe distance. Richard, can you let us know if she goes anywhere important or says anything interesting?>> The lady had already gone pretty far down the hall, so Willy started to follow, keeping close to the wall and hiding where he could.

Mel listened, keeping quiet for the moment, mostly because she was so nervous at the moment. She knew they were at a bigger risk of being seen inside the building, and she worried about not having much of a place to hide if things went wrong. The dropping of the chips was a distraction, the mouse mind wanting to grab a bite. Fortunately, Melanie wasn't overpowered by it.

<Yeah, it's a lot harder to hide in here. I'm watching out for sure.> she commented.

She followed what Willy had hoped and stayed a little behind, sniffing, alert for any sign of trouble. The mouse eyes were good at picking out movement, and the ears meant she'd have no trouble hearing any problems on their way. She waited, listening for a reply from Richard to Willy's question.
